Leominster is a small town in Herefordshire. It suffers from deprivation and a lack of facilities for young people. The charity's aim is to provide premises and partner with other charities in the day to assist those suffering from financial and social hardship. Then using these same premises to provide recreational and support activities for young people in the evening.

Objects: 1. To Advance In Life And Relieve The Needs Of Young People In Leominster And The Surrounding Villages Through Assisting In The Provision Of:(a) Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.2. The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Financial Hardship, Addiction, Unemployment, And The Relief Of Poverty Of Those In Inadequate Housing Or Who Are Homeless Through The Provision Of Facilities To Enable Them To Access Practical Support/advice And Assistance, Essential Services And Resources.
