**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF THE ABER VALLEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR THE HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF MINING AND ITS EFFECT ON PEOPLE?S LIVES BY:A) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM AND HERITAGE CENTRE; ANDB) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEMORIAL TO THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES TO COAL PARTICULARLY AS A RESULT OF THE TWO UNIVERSAL COLLIERY DISASTERS OF 1901 AND 1913.

**Activities:** To Advance the Education of the public in the history and heritage of the Aber Valley and surrounding areas in particular the history and heritage of mining and its effect on peoples lives by: A) The provision and maintenance of a museum and heritage centre; and B) the provision and maintenance of a memorial to those who lost their lives in the two Universal Colliery disasters in 1901 and 1913
