The charity exists to advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in BPC area (Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch) and the surrounding areas. This is achieved through the provision of regular public worship and pastoral support, all of which are open to all, regardless of background or belief.

Objects: Advancing The Christian Faith For The Public Benefit In Accordance With The Statement Of Faith In Poole, Dorset And Surrounding Area Through The Holding Of Religious Services And Prayer Meetings, Religious Education, Celebrating Religious Festivals, Conducting Religious Ceremonies, Outreach And Pastoral Care In The Community. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable.
