**Objects:** TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORTS OF FOOTBALL, CRICKET, TENNIS, AND NETBALL, AND OTHER SUCH SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING GOOD HEALTH AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS PURPOSE THE TRUSTEES WILL MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A SPORT AND LEISURE FACILITY SITUATED ON PRIORS MARSON ROAD, NAPTON.

**Activities:** Napton Sports Association manages and operates Napton Parish Council's sports facility in Napton. It's members are the village sports clubs using the facility; Napton Cricket Club, Napton Football Club & Napton Tennis Club. It raises money principally to cover the costs of running and maintaining the sports facility, but also to support other sports and recreation activity in the parish.
