Objects: 3. Objects.the Objects Of The Lcf CIO Are:the Laycock Foundation Supports Regular Serving Members, Reservists And Veterans Of The Group's Specialist Military Units, Who Have Successfully Completed A Specialist Military Unit Selection Pathway. 'to Promote The Health, Wellbeing, Transition Through And From Military Service To Civilian Life, Through A Structured, Dignified, And Strategic Process. Along With Their Families And Dependents Who Are (or Might In The Future Be) In Charitable Need, In Such Ways As The Trustees Of The Charity Think Fit By:(1) Assisting Individuals Who Are Serving Or Have Served In Specialist Military Units To Make A Successful Transition To Civilian Life, Including Spouses And Partners. This Includes Supporting Them In Securing And Preparing For Employment Or Re-Employment Through The Provision Of Mentoring, Education, Training, Guidance, And Access To Suitable Employment Opportunities.(2) Helping Individuals Who Are Serving Or Have Served In Specialist Military Units Manage The Practical, Physical, Mental And Emotional Adjustments Required To Reintegrate Into Civilian Society Or To Transition Between Roles Within Specialist Military Units (including Spouses And Partners).(3) Support In Line With The Lcf Objects Here In Any Attached Or Support Personnel To Special Military Units, Who Are Deemed To Have Made A Significant Contribution To Said Specialist Military Units.(4) Doing All Such Lawful Things That May Further The Charity's Objects'nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
