**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN DRAMA AND THE PERFORMING ARTS, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) FOR THE RESIDENTS OF DENBY, KILBURN, HORSLEY, HORSLEY WOODHOUSE AND SMALLEY, INCLUDING STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS WITHIN THOSE PARISHES, BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN, PRACTISE AND PERFORM DRAMA, AND BY ENABLING THE WIDER COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH LIVE THEATRE AND RELATED CREATIVE ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** To advance education for the public benefit in drama and the performing arts, in particular (but notexclusively) for the residents of Denby, Kilburn, Horsley, Horsley Woodhouse and Smalley, includingstudents at schools within those parishes, by providing opportunities to learn, practise and perform drama,and by enabling the wider community to engage with live theatre and related creative act
