Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is (1) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty, Anywhere In The World, By: (A) Providing Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need And/or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty. (B) Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient. (C) Developing The Capacity And Skills Of The Members Of Any Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Community, Anywhere In The World, In Such A Way That They Are Better Able To Identify And Help Meet Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society. (2) The Relief And Assistance Of People In Any Part Of The World Who Are The Victims Of War Or Natural Disaster, Trouble, Or Catastrophe In Particular In The Form Of Money (Or Other Means Deemed Suitable) For Persons, Bodies, Organisations And/or Countries Affected.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
