**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 21 LIVING IN BIRMINGHAM AND GHANA BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF PROGRAMMES OF EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:1. ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;2. ADVANCING EDUCATION;3. RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** The OBA foundation will be a resource for young people up to the age of 21 living in The United Kingdom and Ghana by providing educational programmes &amp;amp; Resources. Helping young people to advance in life. The Foundation  will  aid to relieve poverty ,provide small grants &amp;amp; technological resources and  physical &amp;amp; mental educational workshops for young people in deprived communities.
