Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Children And Young People Aged 5-25 With A Confirmed Diagnosis Or Awaiting Diagnosis Of Learning And Development Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Communication And Language Delays, Emotional And Behaviour Challenges, Cognitive Processing Difficulties, Physical Or Sensory Needs, And Their Parents/carers Through:- Providing Support And Advocacy To Parents And Carers To Assist With Navigating Send Processes, Workshops On Supporting Learning And Behaviour, Emotional And Practical Support;- Assisting With Personalised Learning And Intervention Plans, Cognitive, Social And Emotional Development Programmes;- Assisting With Speech And Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Or Structured Learning And Emotional Regulation Programmes;- Supporting With Life Skills, Employability Training And External Practical Work Experience And Local Placements With A Dedicated Mentor;- Such Other Ways As The Trustees May Determine.
