**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE (A) TO ENCOURAGE HIGH STANDARDS OF ARCHITECTURE AND TOWN PLANNING IN ST JOHN’S WOOD. (B) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND CARE FOR THE BEAUTY, HISTORY AND CHARACTER OF ST JOHN’S WOOD. (C) TO ENCOURAGE THE CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY, HISTORICAL INTEREST AND THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN ST JOHN'S WOOD.

**Activities:** The primary benefits of our purposes are that we maintain high standards of architecture and planning,and conserve the special character of the area for the enjoyment of everyone who lives, works or visits StJohns Wood.
