**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN LUTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, ARE:(1) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN LUTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR PARTICIPATING IN RUGBY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 4 - 18, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THOSE WHO ARE FROM ECONOMICALLY AND/OR SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS, OR FACE BARRIERS TO ACCESSING RUGBY, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(2) THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY:(A) THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF RACE, GENDER, DISABILITY, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR RELIGION;(B) CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY.

**Activities:** We provide structured rugby coaching, physical activity programmes and mentoring for children and young people in Luton. We support those facing disadvantage by removing financial barriers, offering equipment and inclusive access, and promoting personal development, equality and community engagement.
