**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO CONSERVE, PROMOTE AND ENHANCE KELSEY PARK (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS &#x27;THE PARK&#x27;) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS A PLACE OF RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR ALL SECTIONS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY:(1) ENCOURAGING THE RECREATIONAL USE OF THE PARK BY DEVELOPING AND SUPPORTING COMMUNITY EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.(2) ADVANCING EDUCATION INTO THE HISTORY, HERITAGE, BIODIVERSITY, ECOLOGY AND OTHER ASPECTS OF THE PARK.(3) LIAISING WITH COMMUNITY GROUPS AND THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY AND FACILITATING EVENTS AND FUNDRAISING IN FURTHERANCE OF THE STATED OBJECTS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OFTHE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008

**Activities:** The Friends of Kelsey Park operates in the park of the same name, located in Beckenham, Kent. Our aim is to promote and conserve the park, its history, its flora and fauna, as well as providing a safe space for all to enjoy nature. A recently opened Community Garden looks to provide those without access to a garden a safe space to plant, grow and harvest fruit and vegetables, all whilst learning.
