**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PATIENTS WITH BLOOM SYNDROME IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY:  1. THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE TO PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR CARERS AS WELL AS RAISING AWARENESS OF ALL MATTERS RELATING TO BLOOM SYNDROME WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 2. PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING RESEARCH PROJECTS INTO THE CAUSES, DIAGNOSIS, PREVENTION, TREATMENT AND CURE OF BLOOM SYNDROME AND DISSEMINATING THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** We support individuals and families affected by Bloom syndrome in the UK by helping them access and attend the specialised clinic at Guy's and St. Thomas hospital. We assist individuals and families affected by Bloom syndrome in the UK in making connections with each other to reduce isolation and build community.
