**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARETO PROVIDE A SUBSTANTIAL COMMUNITY FACILITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF PENNAR AND BUFFERLAND IN PEMBROKE DOCK AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Pennar Community Hall provides and maintains a community hall for the benefit of local residents. The hall is used for social, recreational, educational and cultural activities, supporting community groups and events. The charity promotes social wellbeing, inclusion and community participation by offering an accessible and affordable local facility.
