Objects: To Promote Equality And Diversity, Advance Education And Eliminate Discrimination In Relation To Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans And Non-Binary (LGBTQ+) People, In Particular But Not Exclusively, Those Persons Living And Working Within The Winchester District (As Defined By The Winchester City Council Local Authority Boundaries) For The Public Benefit By: A) Education: Hosting Support Groups And Training Programmes, And Clear Signposting Of Support And Advice Services Offered By Other Providers.b) Celebration: Delivering An Annual Winchester Pride Event, And Smaller Activities And Events For The LGBTQ+ Community And Its Allies Throughout The Year.c) Inclusion: Creation Of Safe And Welcoming Events And Spaces For The LGBTQ+ Community. Maximising Accessibility To Our Events And Activities, In Order To Foster Understanding Between People From Different Backgrounds.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
