Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1. To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Animals And The Prevention Of Cruelty And Suffering Among Animals By Raising Awareness Of Ethical Practice And Humane Welfare For Decapod Crustaceans.2. To Advance The Education Of The Public In Relation To Matters Pertaining To Animal Welfare And The Prevention Of Cruelty And Suffering Among Animals, In Particular Current Evidence-Based Animal Welfare Concerns And Laws Relating To Decapod Crustaceans And Providing Educational Material To Educate Children In Such Animals.
