**Activities:** NextGen Learn & Grow Foundation transforms learning into livelihood. We cultivate demonstration farms in poor communities, where trainees gain hands-on experience in modern, climate-smart agriculture. Through ongoing mentorship, our graduates evolve into self-reliant smallholder agripreneurs driving food security, rural employment, and sustainable growth across Ghana.
