**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN GHANA BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, POOR AND UNEMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS, DESIGNED TO: (A) RELIEVE POVERTY AND IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES; (B) PRESERVE, CONSERVE AND THE PROTECT THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES;(C) PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE MEANS OF ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGENERATION.SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MEANS ‘DEVELOPMENT WHICH MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE ABILITY OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS.

**Activities:** NextGen Learn &amp;amp; Grow Foundation transforms learning into livelihood. We cultivate demonstration farms in poor communities, where trainees gain hands-on experience in modern, climate-smart agriculture. Through ongoing mentorship, our graduates evolve into self-reliant smallholder agripreneurs driving food security, rural employment, and sustainable growth across Ghana.
