To Promote And Protect The Physical Health Of The Public, Primarily In Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt And Jamaica That Require Urgent Cardiovascular Intervention To Regulate Their Hearts Who Would Otherwise Have No Access To Such Healthcare Through:a) Repurposing And Distributing Lifesaving Pacemaker Devices And Cardiac Electronic Devices Cied’s To Hospitals, Cardiologists And Healthcare Providers In Countries And Regions With Limited Resources; B) Performing Specialised Medical Procedures Which Involve Implanting Pacemakers Into Patients Who Are In Urgent Need Of Such Medical Intervention By Qualified Professionals In The Field;c) Providing Training Programmes To Both Qualified, Local And Trainee Cardiologists On Pacemaker Implantation And Associated Learning In This Field Including Patient Aftercare To Enhance Care And Increase Knowledge And Skills.d) Such Other Lawful Charitable Means As The Trustees May Determine From Time To Time.
