To relieve need among those whose ability to access the internet and other digital technologies is limited by reason of their age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other social or economic disadvantage, by providing recycled/donated laptops, other computer equipment and such support, education and training as the trustees deem appropriate.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO, To Be Carried Out For The Public Benefit In Essex, West London And Such Other Parts Of England And Wales As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine, Are: (1) The Advancement Of Environmental Protection And Improvement, In Particular By:(a) Promoting The Sustainable Use Of Materials, Goods, And Resources Through Reuse, Repair, Recycling, Refurbishment, And The Use Of Surplus Or Discarded Electronic And Electrical Equipment.(b) Reducing Carbon Emissions And Environmental Impact By Extending The Life Of Technology Products And Encouraging Sustainable Consumption.(2) The Advancement Of Education In Relation To Waste Reduction, Sustainable Technology Use, And The Principles Of The Circular Economy, In Particular By:(a) Providing Public Education And Awareness On Responsible E-Waste Management, Recycling, And Digital Sustainability.(b) Supporting Skill-Building And Training In Repair, Reuse, And Recycling, In Particular But Not Exclusively In Economically Socially Disadvantaged Communities.(3) To Relieve Need Among Those Whose Ability To Access The Internet And Other Digital Technologies Is Limited By Reason Of Their Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Social Or Economic Disadvantage, By Providing Recycled/donated Laptops, Other Computer Equipment And Such Support, Education And Training As The Trustees Deem Appropriate.
