**Objects:** TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LIVING WITH A DISABILITY IN GAINSBOROUGH AND THE SURROUNDING WEST LINDSEY AREA BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF DISABILITY OR ILL-HEALTH.

**Activities:** The Disability Social Network provides a network of social groups such as art, craft, games, leisure activities and drop-ins, all designed to meet the needs of the individuals that come to us. The Disability Social Network has a collective vision. Our vision is for a society where all individuals, regardless of disability, impairment, health or capacity, are valued and treated fairly and equally.
