Objects: The CIO Is Established For The Public Benefit, The Prevention And Relief Of Poverty By Relieving Or Preventing Food-Related Poverty Among Children Under 18 Who Attend State-Funded Schools, With An Initial Focus On The Wiltshire Area But With The Aim Of Expanding Nationally, By Making Grants To Those Schools So That Eligible Pupils Receive A Free Nutritious Breakfast And / Or Lunch During The School Day In Order To Remove Hunger-Related Barriers To Learning, Thereby Improving Attendance, Concentration And Attainment. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
