**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF PRIMATES IN SOUTH AFRICA IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (1) ENSURING THE CARE AND REHABILITATION OF RESCUED PRIMATES; AND (2) FOSTERING PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS REGARDING PRIMATES AND THEIR WELFARE.

**Activities:** Vervet Monkey Foundation UK supports the work of the Vervet Monkey Foundation in South Africa by raising awareness in the UK about the challenges faced by primates and how they can be supported and protected. The charity grants donations to fund animal food, medicines, veterinary treatment, and other items related to caring for injured and rescued primates.
