**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14-24, NOT IN EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT OR TRAINING, LIVING WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FROM AFRICAN/CARIBBEAN AND OTHER ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES BY THE PROVISION OF CONSTRUCTION SKILLS TRAINING, PROVISION OF ACCREDITED QUALIFICATIONS AND THE DELIVERY OF ASSOCIATED VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES TO IMPROVE EMPLOYABILITY PROSPECTS.

**Activities:** Spirit Level Youth Construction (SLYC), delivers construction skills training programmes and facilitates the gaining of appropriate qualifications while improving the employment prospects for particularly, African-Caribbean - but not exclusively young men, who are not involved in education, employment, or training (NEET's), within the London borough of  Lambeth.
