**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC WITH REFERENCE TO DRAMA AND THE PERFORMING ARTS, TO INCREASE THE APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE PUBLIC OF THE DRAMATIC ARTS IN ALL THEIR FORMS AND TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE THE ARTS WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO THE ART OF DRAMA, PROVIDED THAT ALL OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE OF A CHARITABLE NATURE.
