It is our mission to alleviate fuel poverty and bring about affordable warmth.We will do this by bringing together energy advice, case work support, education and behaviour change with Social Prescribing and well being to improve peoples health outcomes by tackling the root causes, linking health, well being and early intervention.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit:a) The Relief Of Fuel Poverty By The Provision Of Advice, Information, Advocacy, And Assistance To Individuals And Families Experiencing Or At Risk Of Fuel Poverty, Including In Relation To The Achievement Of Affordable Warmth.b) To Advance The Education And Awareness Of The Public On The Subject Of Fuel Poverty And Its Consequences, Including Its Impact On Health, Financial Hardship, And The Environment.c) To Promote The Conservation, Protection, And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment By Providing Advice, Information, And Assistance On The Impact That Energy-Efficient Improvement Measures In The Home Can Have On Reducing Carbon Emissions And Its Contribution To Net Zero Goals.d) To Advance Health And Wellbeing By Providing Advice, Information, Advocacy, And Assistance To Those In Fuel Poverty Or At Risk Of Fuel Poverty, Emphasising The Health Benefits Of Affordable Warmth.in This Clause, Fuel Poverty Means The Inability To Afford Or Access Adequate Energy Services, Such As Heating, Lighting, And Cooking, To Maintain A Healthy And Comfortable Living Environment. This Can Be Due To A Combination Of Low-Income, High-Energy Costs, And Energy-Inefficient Homes.
