TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES AND OTHERS IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE THROUGH:A) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, PRACTICAL ADVICE AND MENTORING;B) EDUCATION AND SKILLS TRAINING IN AREAS INCLUDING GARDENING, ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES, DIGITAL LITERACY AND OTHER AREAS TO PROVIDE EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS;C) SIGNPOSTING TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS/SERVICES AND SPECIALIST SUPPORT WHEN REQUIRED;D) ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF HEALTH EDUCATION, FITNESS ACTIVITIES/SESSIONS, MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT.
