Activities

The Sheo Foundation advances the education of girls and young women from disadvantaged backgrounds in Mozambique by providing scholarships and financial assistance for secondary and higher education, alongside tutoring, mentoring, digital literacy and English language support to improve access, progression and completion.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit, To Advance The Education Of Girls And Young Women From Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Backgrounds In Mozambique, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:a) Providing Scholarships And Financial Assistance, Including Tuition Fees, Uniforms, School Materials, Meals, And Transport, To Enable Access To Recognised Secondary Schools And Higher Education Institutions;b) Delivering Supplementary Educational Support Such As Tutoring, Digital Literacy, English Language Learning And Structured Academic Mentoring;c) Promoting Educational Progression From Secondary To Higher Education, Thereby Increasing The Likelihood Of University Completion.
