**Objects:** 3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF YOUNG ADULTS (PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE OF ALBANIAN HERITAGE), AND TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING:3.1.1 ESTABLISHING SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMMES TO SUPPORT ACADEMIC PURSUITS BASED ON ACADEMIC MERIT AND/ OR FINANCIAL NEED;3.1.2 PROVIDING A MENTORING PROGRAMME TO OFFER GUIDANCE, PERSPECTIVES AND INSIGHT INTO VARIOUS INDUSTRIES AND CAREER PATHS TO PREPARE THEM FOR ENTRY INTO SUCH INDUSTRY OR CAREER UPON LEAVING EDUCATION/ TRAINING OR FOLLOWING UNEMPLOYMENT; AND3.1.3 FACILITATING INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING SESSIONS TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS.

**Activities:** UKAP Foundation is on a journey to advance education for the benefit of young people (particularly, but not exclusively, those of  Albanian heritage) and help them progress in life. We do so by organising regular learning and skills-training events with inspiring speakers, run a resourceful mentoring programme, and we are developing a scholarship programme to support a brighter future generation.
