THE PROMOTION OF HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS FARMED PIGS AND THOSE USED IN RESEARCH WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF MALTREATMENT BY:• RAISING AWARENESS OF PIG WELFARE AND THE DETRIMENTAL IMPACTS OF INTENSIVE PIG FARMING;• EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO PIG WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG PIGS; AND• COMMISSIONING AND PUBLISHING RESEARCH INTO PIG WELFARE AND THE HUMANE TREATMENT OF PIGS.2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONGST THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF FARMED PIGS AND THOSE USED IN RESEARCH AND THE IMPLICATIONS OF INTENSIVE PIG FARMING AND EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF MEAT FROM PIGS ON HUMAN HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** We campaign in the UK and globally to improve pig welfare by raising awareness of the harms of intensive pig farming. We educate the public on pig welfare and the impacts of pig farming and pork consumption on human health and the environment.
