**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF BABIES AND MOTHERS IN INDIA AND SUCH OTHER LOW AND MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, THROUGH THE DELIVERY OF PROGRAMMES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND PARENTS PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOCUSED ON MATERNAL AND NEWBORN CARE AND SURVIVAL.

**Activities:** Ansh UK designs and manages Kangaroo Mother Care programmes to save newborn lives. We develop training and implementation guidelines, and work closely with partners in India to deliver these programmes in government hospitals, providing technical assistance to ensure effective implementation. We also monitor, evaluate and iterate on the programmes to increase their impact and cost effectiveness.
