**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 16-25 WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND) AND THEIR PARENTS/CARERS WITH A FOCUS ON THOSE WITH AUTISM AND ADHD THROUGH: A) THE PROVISION OF PEER SUPPORT, ADVICE AND RESOURCES;B) WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING SESSIONS TO PARENTS/CARERS IN AREAS SUCH AS UNDERSTANDING AUTISM AND ADHD DELIVERED BY SUITABLY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS;C) EDUCATION AND SKILLS TRAINING IN AREAS INCLUDING DIGITAL LITERACY, ICT AND EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS FOR SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE;D) SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
