**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF WOMEN AFFECTED BY FIBROIDS AND RELATED REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ADENOMYOSIS, ENDOMETRIOSIS, PERIMENOPAUSE, AND MENOPAUSE BY:-PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, AND PRACTICAL GUIDANCE;ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF FIBROIDS AND WOMEN’S REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BY PRODUCING AND DISTRIBUTING CLEAR, INCLUSIVE RESOURCES, AND BY ORGANISING EDUCATIONAL EVENTS, CAMPAIGNS, AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES;RELIEVING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND SOCIAL ISOLATION EXPERIENCED BY WOMEN LIVING WITH THESE CONDITIONS BY FACILITATING PEER SUPPORT GROUPS, CREATING SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENTS, AND SIGNPOSTING TO APPROPRIATE HEALTHCARE AND WELLBEING SERVICES; PROMOTING THE RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF WOMEN AFFECTED BY FIBROIDS AND RELATED CONDITIONS BY ADVOCATING FOR IMPROVED ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE, TREATMENT OPTIONS, AND SUPPORT SERVICES, IN COLLABORATION WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, RESEARCHERS, AND POLICYMAKERS; ANDBY DELIVERING PROJECTS THAT SUPPORT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, FOSTER SOCIAL CONNECTION, BUILD CONFIDENCE, AND IMPROVE ACCESS TO SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES.

**Activities:** HER Health Fibroid Trust supports women affected by fibroids and related reproductive health conditions by providing clear health information, peer support, education and advocacy. We run awareness activities, workshops and support groups, and signpost to appropriate services. Our work focuses on improving wellbeing and access to care across England.
