This charity operates at Rother Street Arts House in Stratford-upon-Avon, bringing and enhancing arts activity to, from and for the community. Working with local groups to bring the arts house alive, we also welcome touring productions to engage locals. Learning, growing and performing music, art, theatre, dance in many, accessible ways is our aim; creative engagement for everyone.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:(1) To Promote, Maintain, Improve And Advance Education In And Appreciation Of The Arts In All Forms For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Stratford-Upon-Avon And The Surrounding Area, Through Operation Of A Community Arts Venue.(2) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Stratford-Upon-Avon And The Surrounding Area, The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.
