Objects: The Charity Will Make Grants For The Following Charitable Purposes:- (A) The Advancement Of Education In Particular At Or In Connection With The Lebanese American University; And (B) To Support Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes That Are Charitable In Accordance With The Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees May In Their Absolute Discretion Determine . 5.2 This Article 5 May Be Amended By Special Resolution But Only With The Prior Written Consent Of The Commission.
