**Objects:** A) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND INJURY AND TO PROTECT HUMAN LIFE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE BY THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY FIRST RESPONDER SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY OF HENLEY IN ARDEN, WOOTTON WAWEN, CLAVERDON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, THUS ASSISTING THE WORK OF WEST MIDLANDS AMBULANCE SERVICE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (WMAS).B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF BASIC LIFE SUPPORT WITH USE OF PUBLIC ACCESS AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS (AED).
