**Objects:** (1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND RAISE AWARENESS ON THE SUBJECT OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:(A) PROVIDING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION ACTIVITIES AND PRACTICAL HEALTH CHECKS; AND (B) ADVANCING MEDICAL RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH. (2) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE INCLUDING THE SUPPORT OF THOSE WHO CARE FOR THEM AND THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AMONGST PERSONS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF A FAMILY MEMBER DUE TO CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
