The aim of the charity is to advance health for the public benefit, particularly among young people, by promoting physical, mental, emotional, social and environmental wellbeing through the provision of structured educational and training programmes by focusing on developing skills such as emotional resilience, critical thinking, interpersonal comms, financial awareness to enable healthier choices

Objects: 3.1 The Object Of The Charity ('The Objects') Are To Advance Health For The Public Benefit, In Particular (But Not Exclusively) Among Young People, By Promoting Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social And Environmental Wellbeing Through The Provision Of Structured Educational And Training Programmes. These Programmes Shall Focus On Developing Skills For Living Covering The Determinants Of Good Health, Including, But Not Limited To, Emotional Resilience, Critical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication, Financial Awareness, And Informed Decision Making, With The Aim Of Enabling Individuals To Make Healthier Choices, Avoid Preventable Harm, And Improve Long Term Health And Wellbeing Outcomes3.2 In This Article "Advancing Health" Includes The Prevention Or Relief Of Sickness, Disease, Or Human Suffering.3.3. In Furtherance Of The Objects The Charity May -3.3.1. Conduct Campaigns And Projects And/or Training For The Purpose Of Disseminating Suitable Advice And Guidance To People Who Might Not Otherwise Have Access To IT.3.3.2. Conduct Research To Establish The Content And Method Of Delivery Of Such Advice And Guidance Which Has The Greatest Potential For Maximum Impact And Cost Effectiveness.3.3.3 Take Steps To Evaluate The Impact Of Such Advice And Guidance On The Furtherance Of The Relevant Object Among The People Who Have Received IT.3.4 Nothing In These Articles Authorises Activities Which Are Not Charitable. "Charitable" Means Charitable In Accordance With The Law Of England And Wales Provided That IT Will Not Include Any Purpose Which Is Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/ Or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008."
