**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE AFFECTED BY LEWY BODY DEMENTIA (HEREAFTER KNOWN AS LBD), INCLUDING RELATED CONDITIONS OF DEMENTIA WITH LEWY BODIES AND PARKINSON’S DISEASE DEMENTIA AND THEIR RELATIVES/CARERS IN THE UK THROUGH:A) FACILITATING ACCESS TO PEER SUPPORT;B) PROVIDING STRAIGHTFORWARD ACCESS TO INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORTC) INCREASING UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHALLENGES ARISING FROM LIVING WITH LBD;D) SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.

**Activities:** Lewy Buddies UK provides a range of services to help anyone in the UK affected by Lewy body dementia to access relevant support and information, and connect with others in similar situations to offer and receive mutual peer support.
