**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:A. TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF 12TH REGIMENT RA BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOSTERING ESPRIT DE CORPS AND MAINTAINING COMRADESHIP AND CONTACT BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT.B. TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, MEMBERS OF 12TH REGIMENT RA, ITS VETERANS AND ITS DEPENDENTS, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED ABOVE BY (1) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY; (2) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM OR; (3) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO THOSE IN NEED.

**Activities:** To promote the efficiency of 12th Regiment RA by such charitable means as the trustees shall determine, including but not limited to fostering esprit de corps and maintaining comradeship and contact between past and present members of the regiment. To relieve either generally or individually, members of 12th Regiment RA, its veterans and its dependents, who are in conditions of need or hardship.
