**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN NEPAL, TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.

**Activities:** Our charity works to promote animal welfare and prevent cruelty to animals in NepalWe provide care, treatment, and protection for animals that are sick, injured, or neglected.We also run education and awareness programmes to help communities understand humane treatment of animals and encourage kindness, compassion, and responsible ownership.
