**Objects:** THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO IS/ARE:TO BENEFIT THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF MUSIC THERAPY TO SUPPORT CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE’S DEVELOPMENT; PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AND ENRICH THE LIVES AND EXPERIENCES OF THE MOST VULNERABLE CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE (AGED 0 TO 19 YEARS) IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, WHO HAVE A LIFE-LIMITING OR LIFE-THREATENING DIAGNOSIS, OR DISABILITY WITH MULTIPLE COMPLEX NEEDS, RESULTING (FOR MEDICAL REASONS) IN BEING UNABLE TO ATTEND SCHOOL (OR AN EARLY YEARS SETTING) FOR PROLONGED PERIODS, OFTEN LEAVING THEM ISOLATED.

**Activities:** Music Therapy across Northants (in the community;children's wards and NICU) with HCPC registered therapists, for children/young people with life-limiting/life-threatening diagnoses (or disability with complex needs) resulting, for medical reasons, in prolonged absence from school or EY setting. A charity since 2008 (reg.1123075) and CIO since September 2025 (reg.1214984)
