**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AGED 8 AND OVER AND ADULTS IN WILTSHIRE/DORSET AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING (WHETHER DIAGNOSED OR UNDIAGNOSED) MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, OR SENSORY CHALLENGES, DISORDERS, OR ILLNESSES, AND/OR BEHAVIOURAL DIFFICULTIES WHO ARE NOT MAKING PROGRESS WITH MAINSTREAM TALKING THERAPIES, THROUGH:(A) THE PROVISION OF EQUINE-ASSISTED THERAPY PROGRAMMES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH ANDWELLBEING AND REHABILITATION AND TO SUPPORT THEM TO ENGAGE FULLY IN EDUCATION, TRAINING OR WORK THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CORE SKILLS;(B) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THOSE SUPPORTING SUCH PEOPLE; (C) IMPROVING LIFE SKILLS THROUGH INTERACTION WITH HORSES USING NATURAL HORSEMANSHIP AND EQUINE PSYCHOLOGY.

**Activities:** Ground skills with horses, leading, grooming, natural horsemanship tasks, leading over poles/ obstacles,  circles on with and without rope/at liberty. Simulations of the tasks before they are performed with the horses. Talking about body awareness and development of core skills.
