**Objects:** TO MAKE GRANTS IN MEMORY OF OLIVER JAMES LIDDAR, WHO PASSED AWAY TRAGICALLY AT THE AGE OF 25 ON 14TH APRIL 2025 IN VANCOUVER, CANADA FOR THE SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY MAKING GRANTS TO THE HOMELESS AND TO MAKE GRANTS TO SPORTS CLUBS WHICH ARE CAPABLE OF PROMOTING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION.

**Activities:** To make grants in memory of Oliver James Liddar, who passed away tragically at the age of 25 on 14th April 2025 in Vancouver, Canada for the such exclusively charitable purposes according to the laws of England and Wales as the trustees may in their absolute discretion determine, in particular but not exclusively to relieve poverty by making grants to the homeless and to make grants to sports club
