**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND WELL BEING BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS THAT OFFER CARE AND SUPPORT TO CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES DURING A CHILD?S HOSPITAL STAY AT BOTH THE JOHN RADCLIFFE HOSPITAL IN OXFORD AND SOUTHAMPTON CHILDRENS HOSPITAL.

**Activities:** We created Fenn Foundation to support the charities who supported Fenn and us, his parents, during the most difficult time of our lives. We aim to provide these charities with the resources they need to continue offering life-changing care and support to other children like Fenn and their families facing the unimaginably difficult journey of having their child in hospital.
