**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO, TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN LONDON AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UK AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, IS:TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN ARTS INDUSTRY CAREERS AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 13 TO 20 FROM SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A PROGRAMME TO INCLUDE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY:• THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRITICAL THINKING ABOUT CREATIVE ROLES AND SECTORS;• TECHNICAL SKILL-BUILDING;• STORYTELLING, ANALYSIS, AND REFLECTIVE JOURNALINGDESIGNED TO SUPPORT PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, CREATIVE LITERACY, CAREER READINESS AND WIDEN PARTICIPATION AMONG SUCH PEOPLE IN THE ARTS AND CREATIVE INDUSTRIES.

**Activities:** WorkUp is dedicated to empowering and elevating the voices of the working class within the arts and media sectors. We are driven by the urgent need to address the underrepresentation of working-class individuals in these industries.
