Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit, To Relieve The Needs Of People In County Durham And The Surrounding Areas Who Have A Diagnosis Of Functional Neurological Disorder (Fnd), And Their Carers And Family, In Particular But Not Exclusively, By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Peer Support Groups, Signposting To Relevant Services And Promoting Well Being Through Access To Supportive Resources. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purpose Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With (Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005) And (Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008).
