**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN SOMERSET, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE FORMATION OF CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES WHICH PROMOTE HUMAN FLOURISHING THROUGH CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER, DIALOGUE AND CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** Initially, our activities will be:Regular meetings to learn about and practice various form of contemplative activity as a means of personal spiritual development and of building communityA programme of retreats, study days and talks which explore our three key themes of contemplation, dialogue and creation.Teaching practices of contemplation and dialogue
