ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING, CARRYING ON, MANAGING AND DEVELOPING SCHOOLS; ANDB. PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THEIR EDUCATION,2. TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF AND PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES, AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:A.
