**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND/OR DISABILITIES (SEND) AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS BY IMPROVING ACCESS TO STATUTORY SERVICES, EDUCATION, HEALTH, AND SOCIAL CARE PROVISION AND BY PROVIDING TRAINING, ADVICE, ADVOCACY WITHIN THE SEND COMMUNITY.
