Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is For The Public Benefit, To Promote And Develop Arts And Culture In Worcester And Surrounding Areas Particularly But Not Exclusively By:3.1 Establishing And Maintaining An Arts Centre In Worcester;3.2 Promoting Access To And Participation In A Diverse Programme Of Creative Events And Activities, Through The Provision Of Exhibitions, Performances, Workshops, Art Festivals And Other Events (live, Digital Or Otherwise) In Particular But Not Limited To Those With Limited Access To The Arts And Underserved Communities;3.3 Providing Educational Arts Programmes And Offering Learning Opportunities In Particular But Not Limited To Young People, Older Adults And People With Specific Access Needs, With A Focus On Advancing Learning, Skills, Inclusion And Wellbeing;3.4 Partnering, Commissioning And Supporting Collaborative Creative Projects.
